What is your superpower?
Reusing text. Lurking in the shadows. Infectious giggling. Communicating with academics. Organising things (occasionally erratically). Reusing text.
What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?
I've been coaching and facilitating teams since 2005, mostly within small new media companies - alongside working in academia. I've recently branched out from the heady world of corporate agile and am now slowly getting to grips with another new set of challenges.
What do you plan to learn/explore at this conference?
I plan to learn whatever I can. :) I'm particularly hoping to improve my general coaching skills, super-charge my enthusiasm, find out some interesting new ways to approach challenges and meet many lovely and interesting people. (I may or may not need to apologise to Olaf for still not managing to co-read 'Harry Potter og de vises stein').
How do you plan to contribute?
By attending sessions and participating with enthusiasm! I'm also happy to help run about and be useful in the background where I can. :)

What is your superpower?
Creative problem solving - I'll throw a hundred or so ideas at you. Some of them will stick. The Cracking Big Rocks sessions I've run with @Joh are a combination of both our superpowers combined.
What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?
I started working with a team following XP practices back in ~2003 (they didn't know it had a name). Since then I've been an agile coach and agile PM in both large (GE) and small (Red Gate) companies. I currently do a lot of work around introducing agile practices into senior management teams - particularly around portfolio reviews, developing company visions etc. I also coach and mentor our PMs and other staff here at Red Gate (beyond software).
What do you plan to learn/explore at this conference?
I've not really gained much new for a while so I'm hoping to pick up 2 or 3 insights around coaching teams and agile managers that I've not tried before.
How do you plan to contribute?
I love to share so I can add my experiences to plenty of conversations - people seem to think I'm good at stuff (which always surprises me) I tend to add a spark of fun and humor to most things and can apply my insights and experience across a brod range of companies and problem domains to the conversation. I'll also be working with Joh to share how far we've come with the "cracking big rocks" concepts that we first introduced to the world at the coach camp back in 2012 :)

What is your superpower?

What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?
Been introducing and practicing the Agile thinking with development, product and management teams, startups in different countries and languages.
What do you plan to learn/explore at this conference?
Provoke and help change with adults, by finding and appealing to the kid in their hearts. Like the child who takes powers from the very genuine desires and basic emotions, who giggles and is always eager to go on a discovery quest. How can I create a fun, comfortable, encouraging environment, where people can simplify, find solutions, free themselves from social status burdens, challenge their own patterns...become agile in thinking, hence make steps towards change.
How do you plan to contribute?
Share experiences, ideas, spread good moods. I would like to hold an open sessions about "how to manage fear to change" (no framework in place yet, any suggestions, happy to explore). The output should be a set of games or practices to help recognize, understand and manage the "fear to change".
